5K Info
The PSRES 5K will be November 10th at 8:30 in the morning. Runners who are in the club need to be at PSRES by 8:00 AM! The race route will be through the neighborhood behind the school. The start/finish line will be in front of the concession stand which is located behind the school.
Anyone can run the 5K! The cost is $5 for kids, $10 for adults. Students already in the running club will not need to pay.

Just a reminder:
There will be NO RUNNING CLUB on Thurday, October 25th for the boys. This is an early dismissal day and we will not be here.
However, boys this means you need to run on your own! The training schedule says 30 minute run without stopping. Remember, go at your own pace and keep moving!

Wow! We have had a great turn out for our running club! We have met our maximum number of participants and we are ready to start training!
There are still some runners who have either not turned in their physical or money in to Mrs. Starling. You CANNOT run without a physical, so be sure to get those to me ASAP!
Girls- Your training starts this Wednesday immediately after school. Practice is over at 4:15. If Mrs. Starling does not have your physical, you can not train.
Boys- Your training will start this Thursday. Practice is over at 4:15. If Mrs. Starling does not have your physical, you can not train.

Welcome!
PSRES Running Club is open to any 3rd, 4th or 5th grade student who is ready to train hard and run a 5K in November!
Remember, please turn in your application AND money to Mrs. Starling by September 4th and your physical form by September 11th! Limited number of spots are available, so act fast!
